Here are the steps you should follow to have your signature on your mobile device:

- You must schedule an appointment at a Registry Office: You must contact one of the available Registry Offices and schedule an appointment. This link provides information on Registry Offices, their fees, and contact details.

- Before your appointment you must:

• Check that you meet the requirements for your appointment: bring your current identity document, in good condition and the most recently issued one (it cannot be an older one).
• To pre-register: First, you must have the app installed and then follow the registration steps. You can consult the help section.
• Please read the subscriber agreement before your appointment. This document outlines all the rights and responsibilities associated with having a certificate.

• Set a PIN: This is a password you assign to your certificate, and you must enter it every time you use it. Follow these guidelines:

- On the day of your appointment: remember to arrive at the scheduled time and perform the following:

• Present your valid and most recently issued identification document.
• Bring your PIN.
• Complete your pre-registration.
• Provide an IBAN account for payment of the certificate fee, which you will process yourself within the application. You must have the certificate fee credited to the account you wish to use.
• Complete the final steps in the app when instructed by the Registration Agent.
