The requirements you must meet to obtain it are:
- Be of legal age
- Have a valid identification document
- Foreign residents: Resident Identification Card - DIMEX.
- Diplomats: Diplomatic Identification Card - DIDI.
- Nationals: The latest identification card issued in your name by the Supreme Tribunal of Elections.
- Have no declared impediment such as legally declared absence (when the person is missing and their whereabouts are unknown), interdiction (suspension/loss of civil rights as specified by law), or insolvency.
- Have a smartphone that has one of the following operating systems:
- iPhone: 18 or higher
- Android: 13 or higher
- Huawei: 13 or higher
