Certificates for private individuals

Digital signature certificates can also be issued for mobile telephones, providing the ease and flexibility of using a certificate from a mobile device.

The requirements you must meet to obtain it are:

• Be of legal age
• Have a valid identification document
  
  • Foreign residents: Resident Identification Card - DIMEX.
  • Diplomats: Diplomatic Identification Card - DIDI.
  • Nationals: The latest identification card issued in your name by the Supreme Tribunal of Elections.
     
• Have no declared impediment such as legally declared absence (when the person is missing and their whereabouts are unknown), interdiction (suspension/loss of civil rights as specified by law), or insolvency.
• Have a smartphone that has one of the following operating systems:
  • iPhone: 18 or higher
  • Android: 13 or higher
  • Huawei: 13 or higher
     
• Install the Gaudi Móvil app from the official app store of your device
• For self-service activation of the mobile digital signature, subscribers who hold a valid card-based digital signature certificate issued by a Registration Authority office and remember their PIN may follow the steps.
