Los Presentes es un conjunto escultórico en bronce del artista costarricense Fernando Calvo, ubicado en la plazoleta exterior del Banco Central de Costa Rica desde 1989. La obra está compuesta por nueve figuras humanas de tamaño natural que representan a los habitantes tradicionales del Valle Central y al campesinado costarricense.

Who can become a SINPE participant?

Participants

In accordance with the Payment System Regulations, various participants meeting the participation requirements established in the Regulations may join SINPE.

Among the different member entities are financial institutions such as Banks, Credit Unions, Mutual Savings and Loan Associations, Pension Fund Managers, Investment Fund Management Companies, and Brokerage Houses. Additionally, public sector institutions are authorized to participate directly, enabling them to make effective use of electronic payment methods for their transactions. Furthermore, Regional Banks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs), among others, are also eligible to participate.
