Los Presentes es un conjunto escultórico en bronce del artista costarricense Fernando Calvo, ubicado en la plazoleta exterior del Banco Central de Costa Rica desde 1989. La obra está compuesta por nueve figuras humanas de tamaño natural que representan a los habitantes tradicionales del Valle Central y al campesinado costarricense.

The Central Bank of Costa Rica (BCCR) processes and handles complaints and claims submitted by customers of financial institutions participating in the National Electronic Payment System (SINPE) and the Payment Card System, provided they pertain to their legally recognized rights and interests and stem from alleged non-compliance by the institutions involved with the Payment System Regulations or the Payment Card System Regulations, as applicable.

Additionally, it addresses inquiries regarding applicable regulations on transparency and customer protection, as well as the existing legal avenues available to exercise these rights.

Claims regarding delayed or uncredited funds in an IBAN account.
