Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The minutes are documents which, pursuant to Subsection 2 of Article 56 of the General Law on Public Administration, contain “an indication of the individuals in attendance, as well as the circumstances of place and time in which the meeting was held; a verbatim transcription of all statements made in accordance with the constitutional principles of reasonableness and proportionality; the main points of deliberation, the manner and outcome of the vote; and the content of the resolutions adopted."
