Definitions
Digital signature: Set of data relating to an electronic document, whereby a signer is identified (authorship), integrity of a message is verified, and the author is associated by law to said document.
Digital certificate: Electronic document that establishes a direct relationship with an individual’s identity in an electronic document, by means of their digital signature.
Device: It may be a card or a token. It is where the digital certificate is saved, and it may be used to generate the digital signature.
