Certification Authority (CA) certificates
These certificates are used to validate the chain of trust of all the Certifying Authorities that belong to the national hierarchy of digital certification. To improve performance when verifying the status of the certificate, it is preferable that it be stored in the computer's cache. In Costa Rica, the official hierarchy can be verified at this link on the Digital Signature site.
