1. Institutional Commitment
Our organization is firmly committed to ensuring digital inclusion. We actively work to make our online services accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities, in line with the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
2. Current Compliance Status
Our website is currently partially compliant with the WCAG success criteria. This means that the vast majority of its main functions and content are fully accessible, while technical plans are being carried out to address the remaining gaps.
Compliance level: 80% complete (Level AA in process).
This level corresponds to the assessment carried out using the Axe Monitor tool.
3. Accessibility Features Implemented
The following features are already operational on the platform to facilitate navigation:
• Content structure and semantics. Proper use of headings, landmarks, lists, regions, and other HTML features that facilitate the interpretation of content by assistive technologies.
• Keyboard navigation and operability. Ability to access and operate the main interactive features without relying exclusively on a mouse.
• Images and non-text content. Review of alternative text and proper identification of content requiring a description of people who use screen readers.
• Contrast and visual display. Assessment of aspects linked to the contrast between text and background, as well as certain conditions that may hinder content perception.
• Links, buttons, and interactive elements. Review of accessible names, identification, and behavior of interactive components.
• Forms and controls. Assessment of labels, field identification, messages, and certain conditions related to interaction with forms.
• Dynamic content and assistive technologies. Review of aspects related to the way content changes and certain components can be interpreted by assistive technologies.
4. Areas Under Improvement (Remaining 20%)
We are actively working to address the following technical limitations identified in our most recent audit:
• PDF Documents: Progressive review and correction of downloadable documents, aimed at incorporating accessibility features such as structure, tagging, reading order, and alternative text where applicable.
• Multimedia content: Revision of audiovisual content to facilitate access for people with different needs, including features such as captions, transcripts, and equivalent alternatives where applicable.
• Third-party components and content: Review of elements incorporated from external platforms or services, taking into account the accessibility capabilities offered by providers.
