Balances of bid and performance bonds
The Procurement Department of notifies BCCR offerors and contractors that there are balances of bid and performance bonds in the Institution’s accounting system that have not been collected, but whose terms as established in the different administrative contracting processes has expired.
They are asked to review the list provided, and if they are on that list, they are urged to request the return of the corresponding bond through a letter signed by the company’s legal representative, specifying the corporate identity card number and the customer colon or dollar account number(s) and amount(s) it/they contain, along with a copy of the legal status document.
