By sending a message "INACTIVAR" to the short code of your financial entity (using SMS messaging) or directly through any other channel in which your financial entity has enabled the option to cancel the service (Banca Web Móvil, Banca App, On-Line Banking or Automated Teller Machine Network).

You must ask directly in your financial service provider’s offices about the channels which it has available to cancel the service, so that you know what to do in case you need to do so.

You do not need to be affiliated with Sinpe Móvil to transfer funds though authenticated channels (Banca Web Móvil, Banca App, On-Line Banking or Automated Teller Machine Network).
